If you are unsure whether you have a Viking Bio 20 or another model, the Viking Bio 20 is the model that is white, has 4 lights on it and a power of 15-20 kW. Then you need this grate.

Previously, this grate had article number: 710060 but has now been replaced with 710100 from Värmebaronen.

Keep in mind that the grate is a consumable part of the burner and that it will need to be replaced. If you burn without a grate or with a broken or defective grate, you will damage the burner. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to check the grate to ensure that it is complete and functional.

When replacing, it is very important that the grate is placed according to the picture. If it is placed incorrectly, the ignition time is extended or the ignition does not occur. The ignition element can also be damaged.

Keep in mind that the grate should rest against the side with a small gap at its rear edge. It should also rest against the burner tube (see picture).

If this is not done correctly, the error may occur at start-up and the error message "Start failed" may appear. The reason is then probably high draft, incorrectly placed grate or that the burner does not receive pellets.

When cleaning the grate, it should be brushed clean, but do not brush off the oxide layer that has formed. Preferably use a harder brush. Keep in mind that the fins must not be compressed and the opening should still be about 1 mm.
